Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life and encourage you to select designs and decorations that resonate with your style. Please complete our “Order Form” for any custom requests. While we welcome inspiration photos, please note that they serve as inspiration only—we will not replicate another baker's design.

How far in advance should I place my order?

For best results, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance. For wedding cakes, a lead time of 3-6 months is ideal. Once your order request is reviewed an invoice will be sent via email or texted to the information provided.

What is the retainer fee for reserving my cake?

To secure your order, a 50% retainer is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to pick up or delivery. For rush orders placed within 7 days, full payment is required along with a $25 rush fee. Additionally, full payment is necessary for all orders totaling less than $125.

To choose the right size, think about how many guests you’ll be serving. We’re happy to assist you in estimating based on your guest count and preferences. Please note that we cannot determine cake sizes based on inspirational photos.

Yes, we prioritize food allergies and take them very seriously. Please let us know about any allergies when you place your order, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs. However, please note that we currently do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes.

What should I do if I need to cancel my order?

All retainers are non-refundable for canceled orders, so we recommend confirming your event details before placing your order. If your cancellation is accepted, a credit will be issued that remains valid for 3 months, during which you can make a new reservation if availability allows. Please note that the credit will expire after 3 months with no exceptions.

Absolutely! We’ll provide directions to the pickup location closer to your pickup date. If you plan to collect your cake more than an hour before your event, please make sure to keep it refrigerated.

How do I transport my cake safely?

To transport your cake safely, place it on a flat surface in an air-conditioned vehicle to ensure stability. Avoid stacking or tilting the cake during the journey, especially since there are a few speed bumps along the route. The cake will be packaged to minimize movement, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occurs once the cake has left our care.

Yes, we offer comprehensive delivery services for your convenience. All wedding cakes are required to be delivered to ensure their safe transport and presentation. For celebration cakes with two or more tiers, we highly recommend opting for delivery as well, to maintain their integrity. Delivery fees start at $30 and may vary based on the distance and location.
